Esthetic Instructor

The Hayes Institute is seeking passionate and experienced Esthetic Instructors to join our team! As a premier institution dedicated to multicultural esthetics education, we are looking for professionals who are committed to shaping the next generation of estheticians through hands-on instruction and mentorship.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in esthetics theory and practice.
  • Provide hands-on training in skincare techniques, advanced treatments, and client consultation skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, treatments, and techniques in esthetics to ensure students receive cutting-edge education.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student success.
  • Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, assignments, and exams.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to students to help them overcome challenges and build confidence in their skills.
Qualifications:

  • Current Esthetic or Cosmetology Instructor License

  • Previous experience teaching esthetics or related beauty disciplines.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
